Mental health Yoga is a mixed education and experiential therapeutic interaction. Particpants can expect to engage in a variety of mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and movement practice, coupled with a psychoeducational focus. Participation in Mental Health Yoga sessions supports recovery and wellness by reducing the physical, behavioural and cognitive symptoms associated with anxiety and depression, improving overall stress management, building strength and flexibility in the body, and leading to overall healthier habits and lifestyle.

I am available to teach at private and public facilities, mental health centres, and corporate wellness events. Curriculum can be modified to support your organizational needs.
Services are provided on the unceded, ancestral, and shared territory of the Stó:lō people, who have occupied these lands since time immemorial. The City of Mission is located on Leq’á:mel, Semá:th, Kwantlen, Sq’éwlets, Máthexwi, and Katzie traditional territories.
